The SEP code consists of the guidelines provided by the Public Enterprises System as the entity representing the interests of the State to all companies that interact with the government through any of the ministries. In the case of Empormontt, it interacts with the State through the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications.

The SEP code aims to create value and manage efficiently while being transparent.

These guidelines encompass Strategic Planning, Governance, Budgetary Process, and Programming Agreements.
